Saratoga Nannies upholds "across-the-board" acceptance of National Industry Standards,  locally appropriate and reflective wage averages for a Nanny and maintains a strong focus on continued educational efforts to "onboard" our communities to these standards.

Saratoga Nannies was created to build community and support among our diversity of Nannies and Families.

Provide Nannies with professional development and educational opportunities. Educate Families and Nannies on industry standards and local wage averages. Connect our Nanny Community to National Support Resources. And offer guidance to Families and Nannies on job search assistance.
